Visionary.ai has announced the artificial intelligence-based Video Denoiser for improved night vision in real time for both human and machine vision applications. The noise-reduction system can be applied to extend the operating conditions for the majority of image sensors. It uses raw output data, which has not been compressed or degraded by any post processing. Performance is particularly efficient and sufficiently lightweight to be deployed on cost-effective silicon, and real-time use at the edge.
